Applying to the Wind Farm Fund
Wind Farm Community Fund Application (MS Word, 38 Kb)
Anyone in the village can apply for money from the windfarm providing it is for a community project or asset – ie a group to be held in the village for the villagers, a bench to be placed in a public place for the people of the village, a form of entertainment for the people of the village etc.
Applicants are expected to take on the whole project from beginning to end in order to get the monies from the windfarm. This may require obtaining 3 written quotes, other written evidence to support the project or asset and also show where they are getting any supporting funds from.
Applications from Ashby Magna resident's should be submitted 5 days before the Parish Council meeting.

- Replace bus shelter on Peveril Road
- Payment for DeFibrillator training.
- Work to the shrubs on AMOS
- Renovate Telephone Box and turn it into community library
- Partial funding of AMOS Children's Playground development
